At this point in the world scene, the simple celebration of the MWC is very good news. This year, just as before we celebrate it in Barcelona. The Fira de Barcelona, the historical institution in the organization of fairs and events in the city, has two large venues: Montjuïc and Gran Via. The first, considered one of the most emblematic urban fairgrounds in the world, was built in 1929 for the Universal Exhibition and is located in a privileged area next to Plaça Espanya. The second location is one of the largest and most modern fairgrounds in Europe. It was designed by the Japanese national Toyo Ito with the most advanced technical and logistical features. In these two spaces, this month, the Mobile Word Congress and the Four Years From Now are being held. February, for several years, despite the regrets, is the month of mobile technologies with the Mobile World Congress. The event turns Barcelona into the world capital of technology, this year it will take place from February 27th to March 3rd at the Gran Via venue (www.mobileworldcongress.com). On the other hand, "Four Years From Now", an initiative promoted by the Mobile World Capital Barcelona Foundation, aims to be the meeting point for start-ups, entrepreneurs, investors taking advantage of the MWC (28/02-03/03, Montjuïc, www.4yfn .com). Although it is still unavoidable to talk about the global health situation that we are all suffering, the simple celebration of the world's largest technological event in our city, Barcelona, is a sign that this is the year to recover. This is a year to return to our origins, this is the year in which we travel, this is the year in which we enjoy "the new normality". Let's celebrate it, let's enjoy these days when Barcelona will once again be that city full of life with its unique soul.
